We went into several shops and looked online for ages to find the right fire. We found this one and watched some video reviews and went with this one. It is beautiful, we paid the extra for the other logs but to be honest we would have been just as happy with the ones it came with. The company who built our media wall said it is one of the nicer ones they have seen
My electric fireplace has been installed with ease to look just like the pictures, and have exceeded my expectations with how nice it looks. Would highly recomend.
Amazing fire, just not enough logs on the base so had to order more but other than that it’s great

Amazing fire really finished off the wall. Already recommended it to friends and family. The delivery service did take a couple of days longer than expected but overall the service from twilight fires was very good

The price was fantastic. Delivery was very quick.
We did have an issue at first but the response from Twighlight and the manufacturer was quick and I can't fault the aftercare service. I definitely recommend Twighlight.
