Service was second t none, I called and advised I needed the logs quickly and just as promised I had them the day after I ordered and just what I was looking for.
I just needed a fireplace, without "engineer visit" or all in one service. Twilight Fires are great - they publish honest (and the best in my case!) price. Very fast delivery. Kept me informed. Later I had a question about installation and they sent me within 10 minutes a helpful instruction, which was not included as part of factory manual. I wish you were selling surrounds too!!

Electric log burner is exactly what we needed. Staff members at Twilight helped us to choose the perfect fire for us by discussing it and sending us video and pictures. Really helpful from early advice to delivery.
The fire is great, probably a little louder than I was expecting but I have never had an electric fire before so this might be normal for the fan. I was frustrated with the lack of communication to get the fire delivered and I waited four weeks for delivery which was direct from the manufacturer.

We love our fireplace, it’s exactly what we wanted. We searched for one with the most realistic flame, so many just aren’t any good but these looked great online, we are so glad we just went for it as it far exceeded our expectations, we are so pleased with the flame effect and overall quality of our new stove.
We got amazing service and would highly recommend.
Great fire, looks amazing and so many different colours to choose from! The crackle sound sounds like a child’s kitchen toy, but it’s not a feature we’re planning to use. The remote stopped working after a week, but there are controls on the fire itself so we can still use it! Really easy set up.
