Only we found bit harder to use heater. We found it’s bit complicated. Colours of the fires are so natural. Overall we are very pleased. Remort is very small easy to Iose.
Great service in choosing the fire and I had issues eith my fire afterwards( this is very rare) and they couldn’t have been more helpful and after trying possible solutions that didn’t work I received a full replacement. I would recommend this firm to others with out hesitation
We are more than pleased with our new fire. It is a lovely design, especially with having the two side panels. The flame effect and log/coals look very real and give a very warm glow. Would highly recommend it.
Easy to order even when you live on a Scottish island, I got it a delivered to a local courier and it arrived well packed and made it to Islay no bother. The fire place looks stunning and all ready for the winter ahead.
Really pleased with our new stove from Twilight Fires - really good price (cheaper than other shops), quick easy delivery and well packaged. We’re enjoying the current heatwave but secretly can’t wait for the colder nights so we can use the fire!
Have not fitted fire as yet will post photos when done, but from ordering to delivery 100% 1st class was kept updated regarding time and guys called to say will be 1 hour thank you

I missed the cheerful welcome of my wood burner but could no longer deal with the work involved in using it so I decided to buy an ACR Malvern HD electric stove - not really expecting it to replace the wood burner in my affection- but it did! Happy person! I like the range of lighting choices - which are very realistic and I often use them on grey days without the heat on just to bring that lovely glow into the room.Wendy, Devon
