Ordered the Luvelle panoramic electric fire (50”) for our media wall. It’s amazing. Could not recommend this product enough.

The fire was installed by our builder in to an exisiting chimney. The issue he encoutered was insufficient depth of the plaster edge pieces. Also the fire would have benefitted from a finishing surround, I purchased some 11.5mm equal angle aluminium in black finish and he mitred these so they can be stuck on once wallpapered.
Our new fire is fabulous. It is extremely quiet and soon warms the room. We are very pleased with it and recommend Twilight Fires. We did not pay for installation and it was relatively easy to install ourselves.

Fabulous fire and unbelievable service. Our electric flame log burner fire looks like a real fire, we are so pleased with it! We looked at several fires in shops and there was nothing anywhere near as realistic to a real log burner as this one. Our fire as an open section at the bottom for small logs or sticks. This is a great design feature as it really adds to the feeling this is a real fire! The company we purchased from were excellent to deal with. Any phone queries we had with were dealt with efficiently and we had very good guidance and advice
