I saw the Alto T on Twilight Fires website. After having log burning stoves previously I wanted a no hassle version and this looked exactly right. The service was excellent on telephoning the company. I have not used it yet as we are having work done on the room the fire is to go in but as soon as it is finished I will upload a photo or two and comment on the running of the stove. So far so good.
Beautiful fire suite , excellent fast and dutiful care delivery . Would highly recommend twighlight fires

We couldn’t be happier with our Media wall and electric fire. It looks amazing. From ordering with our measurements up to delivery we were kept informed with what was happening. Now its all installed we just love it and would be happy recommend Twilight Fire family business to everyone!

Super fire, flames look so real. Warms a large room really well. Super company to order from. Slight noise when the heat is on from the fan. Fire came really quickly. Would recommend the company.
The ordering process was incredibly easy. I followed up with the live chat as well as emails and each member of the team was lovely. Jonathan also called me before sending the shipment to ensure I would have help during the delivery. I have yet to set up my media wall but I’m sure the fire will be a lovely addition.
