1. Place the order through our website, If your TV is larger or smaller than Standard cutout size and requires a customised cutout, leave a note in the notes section in the cart with your TV’s height and width.
2. We will design the top section of the media wall around your sizes leaving a 1-inch gap all around.
3. Please include in the notes the height of the wall from floor to ceiling where the media wall will be placed, so we can adjust if needed to make sure the media wall fits and can be installed with ease.
4. We will create and email you a 3D CAD drawing of your media wall based on your sizes. There is no additional charge for this service.
5. Once the drawing has been approved we will begin the manufacturing process.

If you choose to have a gap built into the top section for a soundbar the height of the total unit will increase by the height of your soundbar + 1 inch.

Please note the Phoenix media walls cannot be customised. There is no need for measurements for this wall. 

2-man Delivery straight from the manufacturers

We offer a 2-Man home delivery service with all our Windermere fires products and will deliver to your room of choice inside your home we will also take away all your packaging.

Please be aware, our 2-man delivery is ground floor only.

Once a date is chosen, the evening before that date we will send you a text or email to confirm when we will be delivering your item the next day along with a 3 hour delivery time slot so you know when to expect us. On the delivery day, our delivery crew will call you when they’re on their way to the delivery address. Keeping you informed all the way through the delivery.
