Fire and log upgrade bought, delivery and communication all 1st class, can’t comment on fire yet as still awaiting installation. If it works as good as my dealings have been this far I’m not expecting any issues. Would 100% use again
Before ordering I had a few questions, so I rang, service was fantastic, very knowledgeable about products, delivered on time, couldn’t ask for better
I saw the Alto T on Twilight Fires website. After having log burning stoves previously I wanted a no hassle version and this looked exactly right. The service was excellent on telephoning the company. I have not used it yet as we are having work done on the room the fire is to go in but as soon as it is finished I will upload a photo or two and comment on the running of the stove. So far so good.
