The OER Flametek Alto T (Tall) is a contemporary classic electric stove offering a realistic energy-efficient LED flame effect using the simple remote control system.
The flame effect can be used independently of its heat settings, allowing you to create a warm ambience throughout the year.
Our unique build-your-own fuel bed arrangement with a choice of coals, logs, pine cones, pebbles and crystals to customise the stove to your taste. The Alto T stove is supplied with all fuel bed options with your order.
This range of low maintenance British designed electric log burner can simply be plugged into any room, creating an instant feature for living areas, kitchens, conservatories and orangeries with no assembly required.

Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation via email. At this stage, your payment method is pre-authorised. We then check with our warehouse or suppliers to ensure your order can be fulfilled. Once confirmed, or if you agree to a back-order, your payment will be processed.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are estimates and while we aim to meet them, circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays or supplier issues) may result in changes.
Delivery Method
All orders are dispatched using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods available. The warehouse or supplier will choose the most suitable courier and delivery method. You cannot select a courier or delivery service yourself.
If you have concerns about delivery specifics, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to avoid misunderstandings.
Please note: If a delivery date must be rearranged after confirmation with you and the courier, additional charges may apply.
Courier Contact and Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email or text (where available) once your order is dispatched. The courier will contact you directly to arrange or confirm delivery. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.
Damaged Goods on Delivery
All items must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Split Deliveries
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
Warehouse Collection
If you wish to arrange your own collection, please contact us to check availability and confirm collection procedures. Items must be collected within a specified timeframe to avoid storage fees.
Delivery Area – Mainland UK
We deliver to most areas within the UK mainland.
Due to shipping costs, we currently only provide delivery services to mainland United Kingdom. However, if you wish to use your own courier to a location outside of our service area, we’re happy to accommodate where possible. For Isle of Wight customers, Hampshire Freight has been a reliable option. Our responsibility ends once the item is handed over to your courier.

I saw the Alto T on Twilight Fires website. After having log burning stoves previously I wanted a no hassle version and this looked exactly right. The service was excellent on telephoning the company. I have not used it yet as we are having work done on the room the fire is to go in but as soon as it is finished I will upload a photo or two and comment on the running of the stove. So far so good.

Only scored 4 due to having a problem, otherwise it would be a 5. Although we had a problem with a damaged item, it was collected and replaced with ease. All staff were very apologetic and all was sorted swiftly. A sign of a good company is how they resolve a problem and this was done excellently. Would recommend. We are delighted with our fire.
