Our fire is absolutely stunning. It was missing a couple of parts but after one simple email they were sent out no questions asked and were with me within days. I highly recommend this company.

Service was second t none, I called and advised I needed the logs quickly and just as promised I had them the day after I ordered and just what I was looking for.
I just needed a fireplace, without "engineer visit" or all in one service. Twilight Fires are great - they publish honest (and the best in my case!) price. Very fast delivery. Kept me informed. Later I had a question about installation and they sent me within 10 minutes a helpful instruction, which was not included as part of factory manual. I wish you were selling surrounds too!!
